4. Cloud Technology Risks & Disclaimers
Important Notice:
Cloud data operations can be complex. Once executed, some operations may be difficult to reverse. You may lose access to data if credentials are lost. Network issues can cause delays and service disruptions. Systems may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite testing.
5. Limitation of Liability
CoreFusion Labs shall not be liable for losses resulting from cloud network failures, system bugs, service disruptions, regulatory changes, or user errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All applications, proprietary code, documentation, and cloud infrastructure developed by CoreFusion Labs remain our intellectual property. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.
